With over 20 years' experience as a strategic HR professional, I bring a rare combination of corporate expertise and deeply human understanding to everything I do. My background spans senior HR leadership, organisational development, and culture change, and it's this foundation that shapes how I approach mental wellbeing, not as a tick-box exercise, but as a genuine business and human imperative.
In 2019, I moved into child development, serving as Business Director of two specialist centres providing therapeutic interventions for neurodivergent children, including speech and language therapy, sensory integration, praxis testing and ABA.
I also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of a charity supporting families of children with additional needs, giving me firsthand experience of both the operational and emotional challenges families face when navigating education, diagnosis and support systems.
This gave me an insider understanding of the systems, language and challenges that families, educators and professionals navigate daily.
Today I work with businesses, schools, public sector organisations and parents, bringing together strategic HR expertise, trauma-informed practice and lived experience to create environments where people can actually function at their best
